Woltra Wealth Management (the “Company”). The Company grants you (“you” or the “User”) a limited license to access and utilize the services (the “Services”) offered by the Company, governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this document (the “Agreement”).

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract. You are required to read it before accessing and using the Services provided by the Company. By using the Services, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The Company holds the right to suspend, replace, modify, amend, or terminate this Agreement at any time, at its complete discretion. If the Company enacts any changes to this Agreement, your continuous use of the Services following the implementation of those changes will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

User Representations

By utilizing the Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, mentally competent, and capable of agreeing to and adhering to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or third party, you represent that you have the authority to act on their behalf and bind them to this Agreement.

You declare that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and agreements. Furthermore, you confirm that you are not restricted from entering into this Agreement due to any existing agreements.

Limited License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, and royalty-free license to use the Services for their intended purposes. You are strictly forbidden from scraping, hacking, framing, reverse engineering, or aggregating the Services or the Company’s website in any manner without prior written consent.

Your limited use of the Services does not grant you any rights to the Company’s intellectual property, and your use is confined to the provisions of this Agreement. The Company retains all rights not explicitly provided in this Agreement.

This license can be revoked at any time, and any rights not granted here are reserved by the Company.

Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to infringe upon any local, state, national, or international laws, or to violate third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

You are also banned from scraping, crawling, framing, or engaging in hacking, denial of service attacks, or circumventing any technological protections associated with the Services or the 

Company website.

Additionally, using the Services to send unsolicited commercial emails to third parties or Company Users is prohibited. While the Company is not responsible for user-generated content, it reserves the right to remove such content.

Engaging in any prohibited activities, such as exploiting errors or non-public information, front-running, or activities creating regulatory concerns for the Company may lead to termination of your program participation and possible forfeiture of fees. Your activity will be reviewed to ensure compliance with these terms.

Access to Information Database

The Company may provide access to an information database and related content solely for informational purposes. This information should not be viewed as investment, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

The Company makes no assurances regarding the accuracy or completeness of this information. You bear full responsibility for assessing the benefits and risks of using any such data. Therefore, you agree not to hold the Company accountable for any potential liabilities that arise from your decisions based on the information provided.

It is crucial to understand that trading activities involve significant risk, which may lead to substantial losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Consider your personal experience, knowledge, and risk tolerance, and consult with a financial or tax advisor if you have concerns.

Account Creation

To register as a User, you will need to provide personal information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, along with a unique username and password. Your information is governed by the Company’s privacy policy available here.

Your account is personal and should not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, inform the Company immediately.

Users are limited to one active account per assessment level unless prior written permission is obtained.

Purchases and Refunds

The Company may offer products, services, subscriptions, or access to certain content at a cost. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions associated with purchases. Once a purchase is completed, the Company will provide access to the purchased product or service.

No refunds are available for any Services obtained through the Company.

Guidelines

The Company will provide guidelines related to the Services on its website and via email once you become a User. These guidelines, which may be revised at the Company’s discretion, are fully integrated into this Agreement. The Company offers no guarantees or assurances regarding future employment, payments, or any other form of compensation based on your performance as a User.

Trademarks

You acknowledge that all trademarks, trade names, logos, and design marks displayed on the Company website are either common law or registered trademarks owned by or licensed to the Company. You are expressly forbidden from using these trademarks in any way that could cause confusion, mistakes, or misrepresentation regarding the source or sponsorship of your goods or services.

Additionally, you are prohibited from incorporating Company trademarks into domain names, keyword advertisements, or meta tags. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

You agree that the Company, along with its suppliers and licensors, retains all intellectual property rights related to the content, technology, and materials featured on the website. Accessing the website does not grant you any rights to any intellectual property, and all rights, including copyright, are owned by the Company or its partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content from this website without the Company’s permission.

All materials, including images, text, audio clips, and videos (collectively referred to as “Contents”), are meant exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading or copying any part of the Contents does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any of the website’s content or software without explicit permission. All Contents are protected by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Term and Termination

This Agreement will commence upon your purchase of a Service and will continue until the Company either terminates your access to the Services or you cease using them. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services or the website at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that the Services and the Company website are provided “as-is” without any warranties. The Company is not liable for any claims or damages related to information on the site or your use of the Services, which includes direct and indirect damages, legal costs, or claims arising from website errors or downtime. Your use of the Services and/or the Company website is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend the Company, its affiliates, and representatives against any losses, expenses, or legal fees stemming from your use of the website, violation of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights, or any legal violations. The Company retains the right to control its defense in such matters.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any related matters will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Company and the User agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from events beyond its control, such as civil unrest, war, governmental actions, natural disasters, or failures of communication systems involving the Company, the User, or third-party providers.

Survivability

Your obligations under this Agreement will remain in effect even if the Agreement is terminated, particularly regarding indemnification and defense responsibilities.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.

Interpretation

This Agreement is regarded as having been drafted collaboratively, and its terms will not be interpreted against either party as the drafter.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement. The Company may assign its rights and responsibilities, including in the event of a sale.

Waiver

No terms or conditions of this Agreement can be waived unless in writing and signed by the appropriate party.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Company and the User regarding the use of Services and supersedes any prior agreements or representations, whether written or verbal.
